This patient was referred to us with four missing upper front teeth, which had a significant impact on both her confidence and day-to-day function. Due to the extent of bone and gum loss, this was a complex case requiring careful planning. We carried out advanced bone and soft tissue grafting to rebuild the natural foundations before placing implants to support a fixed, natural-looking replacement for her upper four incisors.
The result has been truly life-changing for her. She is now able to eat comfortably, speak clearly, and smile with confidence again. This case beautifully demonstrates how the right combination of surgical expertise and attention to detail can restore not just a smile, but a patient’s overall confidence and quality of life.
