This patient presented following the loss of an upper front tooth due to a failed root canal treatment. In addition to the missing tooth, there was a noticeable loss of gum volume in the area, which would have compromised the final aesthetic outcome if not addressed.
Treatment focused on rebuilding both the function and the soft tissue foundation. A gum graft was carried out to restore natural gum contours and improve the thickness and stability of the tissue. Once healing was established, a carefully designed adhesive bridge was placed to replace the missing tooth in a minimally invasive way, preserving the neighbouring teeth.
The result is a natural-looking restoration with harmonious gum architecture, allowing the patient to smile, speak, and eat with confidence again. This case highlights the importance of combining prosthetic precision with soft tissue management to achieve optimal aesthetic outcomes at the front of the mouth.
